With Pudo shipping through The Courier Guy, your package will be delivered straight to your doorstep. Please allow at least 1-4 business days (not including weekends & public holidays) for your order to be processed.
Sassy Luxe Online will supply a tracking number when the order has been shipped. The tracking number can be used by the purchaser on the courier company's website to determine the whereabouts of an order (https://thecourierguy.co.za/tracking) The purchaser is welcome to contact the courier company directly if they have any issues/queries relating to shipment.
Sassy Luxe Online will assume that all information supplied by the purchaser is correct at the time of placing an order. Should incorrect information be supplied when an order is placed Sassy Luxe Online will not assume liability for the any delayed, lost, damaged or stolen goods once the order has been shipped.
Collection:

Your order must be R100 and over, to qualify for collection . Payment must be made online only , no COC ( cash on collection) You can collect your goodies at Sunningdale CPT (Tableview / Blouberg area)
After placing your order online & payment has been received we will email you to let you know when your package is ready for collection.
Please allow at least 1-3 business days (not including weekends & public holidays) for your order to be processed.
Pickup date and time:
Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm Strictly by appointment only.
No collection on Public Holidays & Weekends
