Refund Policy

Certain items listed on the Sassy Luxe Online store do not carry an exchange, refund or return policy for sanitary reasons. These items are (but not limited to) Earrings, hair accessories, sale items and gift cards. It remains the discretion of Sassy Luxe Online to determine what these items are.

Please note that all orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Sassy Luxe Online will not be liable for any lost, damaged or stolen goods once an order has been shipped.

Sassy Luxe Online will not be held liable should an order be delayed for any reason whatsoever.

Sassy Luxe Online will supply a tracking number when the order has been shipped. The tracking number can be used by the purchaser on the courier company's website to determine the whereabouts of an order. The purchaser is welcome to contact the courier company directly if they have any issues/queries relating to shipment.

Sassy Luxe Online will assume that all information supplied by the purchaser is correct at the time of placing an order. Should incorrect information be supplied when an order is placed Sassy Luxe Online will not assume liability for the any delayed, lost, damaged or stolen goods once the order has been shipped.

Sassy Luxe Online is not responsible for any allergies or injuries sustained as a result of our products.

Sassy Luxe Online will ensure that all products are sanitized before shipping.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Once contact is made Sassy Luxe Online reserves the right to accept or reject any exchanges or returns at its own discretion.

Items returned must be in their original condition and should be unworn, unused and have all its original packaging and labels.

Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable as these payments are made directly to the courier.

You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

To return an item, the purchaser can contact Sassy Luxe Online at hello@sassyluxe.co.za.

If your return is accepted, Sassy Luxe Online will send the purchaser a return shipping label, as well as instructions of how and where to send the return order to, the purchaser will be liable for any delivery cost/fees.

 

Sassy Luxe Online will send the purchaser a voucher for the amount paid, the delivery fee will not be included in the voucher.

Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
